These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Umesh Crane Services, including crane rental, heavy lifting, and project support. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Scope

We provide crane rental, operators, and related lifting solutions based on availability and operational feasibility.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• Booking Availability 24/7.
• Confirmation is subject to crane availability and site assessment
• We reserve the right to accept or decline bookings

3. Pricing & Charges

• Rates depend on crane type, work duration, and location
• Additional charges may apply for:
  • Night work
  • Fuel and mobilization
  • Toll, entry, or transport permits
  • Overtime
• All dues must be paid as per agreed terms

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate lifting load details
• Ensure safe site access and road conditions
• Arrange necessary permissions and passes
• Maintain safe working environment

5. Safety Policy

• Our operators follow strict safety protocols
• Work may be stopped if unsafe conditions exist
• Overloading or unsafe instructions will not be followed

6. Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses including project delays, penalties, or business loss. Liability is limited to service value only.

7. Equipment Damage

If damage occurs due to site negligence, improper surface, or overload, repair costs will be borne by the client.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Before dispatch – small service fee may apply
• After dispatch – transport charges apply
• After reaching site – minimum day charges apply

9. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made as per the agreed settlement terms
• Invoices must be cleared within agreed timeline
• Delayed payments may attract charges

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
